During yesterday's practical, we ensured that we limited the chance of contamination by wiping down the tables with antibacterial spray before we began preparing the food. When collecting ingredients I ensured no Beef blood was dripping anywhere and all the food was collected in separate bowls to avoid cross-contamination.
